Lately, I’ve been swooning over these darling bows and barrettes from Jennifer Behr. All of Behr’s headpieces are made in New York by hand. You may be familiar with Behr because of her Swarovski crystal-laden combs and hairpins (bridal favorites) or her numerous headbands on Gossip Girl over the years.
